Blair Mill Road Context Aerial View Eye Level Perspective

Concept for a 96-unit condominium building with two levels of below grade parking. The design maximizes marketable building area while adhering to the aesthetics of the surrounding neighborhood. With construction costs rising, and eight of the residential units dedicated as "affordable," return on capital was a critical issue for the developer. Carefully selected materials and "off the shelf" products addressed the owner's concerns about costs, while maintaining visual appeal to potential purchasers and neighborhood residents.
