Sandra Featherman Hall, a 42,000 square foot, 154-bed residence hall facility, was designed to expand the Biddeford Campus. The project consists of a four-story brick and metal panel building containing traditional dormitory double-occupancy bedrooms with a central bathroom facilities core. Residence amenities are located at the first floor (on grade access), including two classrooms, a Resident Director’s quarters, and central laundry. Other amenities include group study rooms and lounges strategically located on each floor. This facility brings the freshmen class together with upperclassmen housed in neighboring existing residence halls, creating a complete campus experience.
